Investment Opportunities
The BioCampus is a priority for the Liverpool Knowledge Economy Plan for the city. The BioCampus opportunity is enhanced by its location; close to the Universities, Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, Liverpool Science Park, the MerseyBIO incubator and the Royal Liverpool University Hospital.
A new 640 bedded Royal Liverpool University Hospital is already under procurement and will share the BioCampus site. In addition, new life science research laboratories are planned for the University of Liverpool and the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. Planning permission has been granted for further health related developments on the site, taking the form of new city blocks surrounded by landscaped green spaces.
The BioCampus combines the ideal infrastructure with leading edge science services. It will provide the latest laboratory & office facilities, room to expand, network opportunities and access to an NHS partner with huge experience and an ongoing commitment to Research & Development.
